Afther sieving sand, i get very fine sand, can i use this very fine sand for the top of the biosand filter? also can i use shade clothe to separate the layers? so they dont mix up in the future.

You can use any fine sand that has the right characteristics regarding particle size & distribution (e.g. D10 of 0.15 – 0.35 mm), or which gives acceptable flow rate (e.g. max of 400 litres per m2 per hour). See relevant section of this website for details.
